Joygoods started in 2006 as retail cell phone stores in New York, selling and servicing devices for customers face to face.

Working behind the counter taught us how to judge a device's condition at a glance, what customers really want, and how much trust matters in this business. As more of our customers moved online, so did we, launching our online business in 2014.

Today Joygoods is an online reseller and wholesaler of phones, tablets and computers. We buy devices in bulk, test and grade every unit, and sell them wholesale to business buyers and as a featured seller on Amazon Renewed, Amazon Renewed Premium, Walmart.com, eBay.com, BackMarket.com and other major marketplaces. The values from our store days still guide us: honest grading, fair prices and treating every supplier like a long-term partner.

Every device is fully function-tested, then graded on cosmetic condition. We use the same scale whether we're buying or selling, so you always know where you stand.

Factory sealed or opened but unused. Full accessories where listed.

AExcellent

Looks close to new. At most very light marks, invisible at arm's length.

BGood

Light scratches or scuffs on the body. Screen free of deep scratches.

CFair

Visible wear, dents or screen scratches. Fully working.

DParts / as-is

Functional or cosmetic faults, noted per unit. Bought for repair or parts.
